1ST COURSE: Smoked Texas Sausage & Texas Caviar
MAIN COURSE: Whole hog pig pickin', Deviled Egg Potato Salad, cornbread
DESSERT: Mixed Berry Crisp house custard

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our pit masters serve family feast style, straight from the pits every Friday. This is 2 hours of Texas style dining at it's finest. Appetite is required.
There's a unique taste that cooking with real post-oak wood brings to BBQ. This style infuses a natural flavor into the air and the food. With such, make sure to dress accordingly. Break out the favorite flannel and join us for our from-scratch delicious antics.
THIS IS REAL BBQ.
SO prepare to smell like it.
(you're welcome to bring extra clothes to take more of the smell home with you).
